📋 Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Kids Time Tracker.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kids Time Tracker ("the App"), developed by ISVIN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Note: These terms apply to all users of the App, including parents, guardians, and children. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring compliance with these terms by children under their supervision.

2. Description of Service

Kids Time Tracker is an educational application designed to help children:

  • Plan and organize study schedules
  • Practice mathematics through interactive exercises
  • Track and build positive daily habits
  • Monitor study time and progress
  • Access educational formula references

The App operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

Kids Time Tracker is designed for children, but:

  • Users under 13 years of age must have parental or guardian supervision
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the App
  • By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or have parental consent

4. Use of the App

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the App for:

  • Personal, non-commercial educational purposes
  • Helping children learn and develop study habits
  • Tracking academic progress and habits

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App

5. Intellectual Property

Kids Time Tracker, including its design, features, content, and functionality, is owned by ISVIN and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Rights Reserved: All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by ISVIN. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or completeness of information

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISVIN shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the App
  • Any errors or omissions in the App's content or functionality

Important: Your use of the App is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the App.

8. Data and Privacy

Kids Time Tracker operates entirely offline and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All data created within the App is stored locally on your device.

  • You are responsible for backing up your data
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to device issues or app uninstallation

9. App Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time
  • Add or remove features without prior notice
  • Release updates that may require you to download a new version

We are not obligated to provide support or maintenance for the App.

10. Third-Party Services

Kids Time Tracker does not integrate with third-party services. However, if you access the App through app stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store), you are also subject to their terms and conditions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Gujarat, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or the App shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiations between the parties
  2. If negotiations fail, through arbitration in Surat, Gujarat, India
  3. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of India

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ISVIN regarding the use of Kids Time Tracker.
